We thought it would be fun to share some of our actual work here on the blog. We were recently hired to put together a monthly trend round-up for One Nineteen, a shopping center here in Kansas City (Leawood, Kansas, to be exact). The super intense colors that are emerging in spring 2011 fashion  were our inspiration! We were so excited to see a ton of brights in the One Nineteen shops …and  might’ve just wanted to buy one of everything for ourselves! So, shopping for the trends and sharing them with everyone else? Kind of our dream job! Needless to say, we LOVED working on this fun little project!

We’re not usually as obsessed with beauty products as we should be, but this new line of organic skin care products is doing all the right things for us. We haven’t gotten a chance to try One Love Organics for ourselves yet, but their simple philosophy (“four products is all it takes”) along with their pure, organic ingredients makes skin care seem natural and easy. Something we can actually wrap our minds around…AND at the same time, know we are not harming the environment or any animals by supporting this company. And if all of this isn’t enough, the packaging (designed by one of our former colleagues and friends, Kendra Inman) is so darn beautiful, it would just be a pretty thing to wake up and go to bed to each night. We are totally sold! Cannot wait to get our hands on the starter kit!
