new fabric line photo shoot

Hi friends, sorry for the light posting around here lately! It's been just a wee bit crazy and we wanted to fill you in a bit on what we've been up to, just in case you haven't seen on instagram (@morgangeorgie // @carriekiefer // @ampersandstudio) or facebook. Two weeks ago, we took a couple of days to do a photo shoot to capture some ideas of what to make with our second fabric collection with Windham Fabrics, called 8 Days a Week! 8 Days a Week is filled with hand-painted lettering and numbers mixed with paper cut shapes all in bold black and white mixed with a few select bright colors! It's perfect for so many categories like home decor, clothing, baby & kids, and perfect for office and work accessories like tote bags, folios and laptop cases! So, with the help of many new friends that sewed items for us, 4 models, 4 locations and one amazing photographer, Jason Domingues, we got some amazing product shots! This is a just a preview of the day, we'll be sharing all photos and info as soon as we can! Our collection is launching at the International Quilt Market in Houston at the end of October, so we are putting together a brochure to take there and for the sales people to bring to fabric stores across the world. That's why we need all these fabulous photos!!

PS....ummm, HOW CUTE is our dear friend, Michelle from Second Street East, our model for the day!? we know. super cute.
