Introducing.. The City Girl Farm x Ampersand Design Studio
We are beyond thrilled to share something very special with you today! After a year of creative brainstorming, experimenting with materials, and of course obsessing over every single color combination, we’re proud to introduce our collaboration with the incredible team at The City Girl Farm!
This partnership has been a truly organic journey—one that began with a deep mutual admiration for each other’s work. From the very start, there was a shared vision, a desire to push boundaries and create something extraordinary. What began as a simple connection over our shared appreciation for each other’s work has blossomed into a friendship, where each studio has been able to inspire and challenge the other in meaningful ways.
Working with The City Girl Farm has been such a special experience. They are the master artists behind the iconic handcrafted chicken-shaped footstools that you might already know and love. Our collaboration takes the art of Ampersand Design Studio to influence an entirely unique flock. These vibrant, quirky, and functional pieces are infused with the bold colors and artistic flair that we are known for, but it’s City Girl Farm who has translated this inspiration into a one-of-a-kind collection. Each footstool is a unique creation, part of a larger “flock” that brings personality, color, and beautiful texture into any space.
In addition to the beautiful footstools, we at Ampersand Design Studio have created a series of original two-dimensional collages and paintings. These pieces draw on our shared love for color, texture, and the unexpected beauty of the world around us. It’s been such a joy to see how our different art forms have inspired each other and come together in this exciting collaboration!
The best part? All of this work will be showcased together in an art gallery opening this May! It’s a celebration of creativity, craftsmanship, and the beautiful synergy between our two studios, and we can’t wait to share it with you.
